BRNO Lions Add Size to Blue Line with Logan Grimbleby

BRNO, Czech Republic — The BRNO Lions are proud to announce the signing of Canadian defenseman Logan Grimbleby for the upcoming season.

The 2006-born defenseman from London, Ontario will wear #63 for the Lions.

Standing 6’4” and 183 lbs, Grimbleby brings significant size to the BRNO blue line. The left-shot defenseman joins the Lions after developing with the Kingston Wranglers, including experience in the USPHL Premier.  

Grimbleby accumulated 13 points on four goals and nine assists during his USPHL Premier time with Kingston, while gaining extensive junior experience on the Wranglers’ back end.  

His combination of size and experience gives the Lions another option on defense as the club continues building its roster for the upcoming campaign.

For Grimbleby, the move to BRNO represents a new chapter after playing his junior hockey in Canada. He’ll now make the transition to European hockey and continue his development in Czechia.
